WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available at 6.00am, 6.50am, 7.40am, 9.15am, 10.15am, 5.30pm and 6.30pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 8am & 9am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

+ WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away. We have flexible start dates.

+ DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?

Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 4 weeks.

+ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 28 DAYS?

It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged SWEAT member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide SWEAT isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
